I’m a runner and I’m about 125 pounds. I’m trying to eat healthier by not drinking soda and eating little or no fat foods. For the past month I have been doing planks, side planks, crunches (not sure im doing those right), leg lifts, 0-90s, sit ups, and bicycles. I’ve been seeing some improvement but I had about the same type of abs before i started doing these exercises. I also work my arms and chest every other day and after each workout I drink a protein shake.

I am not greatly overweight, but I do have a pretty soft midsection. I am having a lake party for my birthday in approx 9 weeks. Any tips out there on how to achieve those rock hard abs in a fairly small amount of time?
