but recently i’ve been eating poorly and i’m starting to get a little bit of fattiness =)

i need exercises that will help me get six pack abs.
i’ve always had flat abs,
but recently i’ve been eating poorly and i’m starting to get a little bit of fattiness =)

Done every other day
Straight legged leg lifts – 3 sets of 10
Twisting Abdominal Crunches – 3 sets of 10 (each side)
Regular crunches 1 set of 25
Sit-ups – 1 set of 20
Straight legged leg lifts – 1 set of 15
I add crunches on to each excersise like this every time i workout: 3 sets of 10 becomes 3 sets of 11 and the next workout would become 3 sets of 12 etc….1 set of 25 would be 1 of 26
In total, i add ten crunches to my routine every time.
obviously do crunches or situps.
very carefully.
swallow don’t spit
my trainer told me to do 400 to 500 crunches a day.
bicycle situps
work out three times a week for 40 weeks or if you have some muscles then for 21 weeks
winsor pilates
I Know they suck but crunches and abs; Maybe get an ab’s excersize book or something
They have many different positions you can do..

you’re a girl you dont need a six pack unless you are a body builder
id rather see a girl with a toned stomach than a six pack
Sit ups?
Apparently a gym instructor told me that everyone has a six pack. It just most of us a layer fat (big or small) that covers it.
So that you can see you simply have to work on your stomach area to reduce the fat on top.
Eat better, do a lot of cardio to lose what you do have and the best ab workout Ive ever come across is getting on your knees holding the cable rope into your chest like a boxer ready to strike, flex your abs as best as you can and pull the rope down tucking yourself into your body using ONLY your abs to move, flexing all the way down. absolute BEST ab workout Ive ever had in my life. Your abs will burn like never before after a bit of this and will make you almost feel like puking, its intense
Situps, Crunches, Leg Lifts, Scissor Kicks, also any kind of aerobic activities help as well. What doesn’t help is not eating healthy. That will be the killer for not seeing 6 pack abs.
To get a six pack all you really need to do is loose body fat and stregthen your abdominal muscles. but remember this abs are mostly in the kitchen! what you need to do are these workouts!:
1. crunches
2.sit ups
3. leg lifts
4.jacknife sit ups
5.v-ups
6.static holds and side statics
7.train your oblique muscles
Lose Weight
1.lift weights
2.keep motobolism steady
3.eat smaller: if your really hungry snack on fruits and healthy things with low calories
4.Eat more fiber
5.eat breakfast
6.Drink lots of water[maybe 8 cups a day]
P.S remember MOTAVATION is key
