How can a thirteen year old get a six pack abs fast?

I am thirteen in high school and i want to know what the fastest way to get a six pack before September 2009. If possible please tell me if I can get them in a week or two… Thank You!!!

    I am thirteen years old too
    I got my six pack by doing 2 things losing belly fat and getting muscles
    *first eat whole wheat, fruits, vegetables, and drink lots of cold water and skim milk
    *next do crunches, sit ups, and bicycle excersises but dont do too much
    *do a 10 minute excersise each day
    2 min jumping jacks
    2 min mule kicks (run in place while kicking your but with your heels)
    2 min push ups
    2 min jogging in place
    2 min squat push ups (squat down into puch up position, do a push up then pop back up)
    Tips:
    Do a little bit of weight lifting
    Don’t go to crazy on the excersises
    Measure your waist

    There is no way that you can have abs in 1-2 weeks. Getting defined abs takes time. To start with i would reccomend 1000 crunches a day.

    Sorry but september is 2 months away and it’s going to take way longer than 2 months let alone 2 weeks. Just do 50 to 100 crunches every day/night but don’t over do it!

    yeah its not average for a 13 year old to be ripped, and especially not get there in 2 weeks, im 16 and i first got my 6 pack at 14 but it took a lot of working out and goin to the gym and playin sports, i mean it is possible at your age but it wont be as quick as you would like, just eat healthy and work out, do a lot of crunches. hope i helped at all

    Sorry, but reality is your only 13 your not going to get a six pack most likely, However you can tone your body, and get maybe some abs by going on to a video site like youtube and searching, "Excersize video to get abs" or something like that. You will probably find some good videos, another way to get a toned stomach is old-fashioned crunches, super crunches, also to get rid of any fat try some cardio stuff like walking.

    Hey Mike,

    There is so much BS going around about how to get six pack abs. Some is decent advice, most of it is rubbish. If you want great looking abs, you need to focus on a LOT more than just training the abs directly. Let’s talk about fat loss:

    The most important thing for fat loss, is that your diet is as natural and unprocessed as possible. It almost always comes back to the over processing of food that makes it bad for you, and makes it totally destroy your metabolism and hormone balance in your body. For example, why eat refined grains, when you can eat whole grains. Why eat refined sugar, when you can get natural sources of sugar from a high nutrient whole food like fruit. Why eat highly processed, refined, and hydrogenated vegetable oils (these are THE worst thing in the modern diet), when you can eat natural sources of healthy fats like nuts, avocados, fish, eggs, coconut milk, organically raised meat, and so forth. The point is to not fall for some gimmick like low carbs, low fat, high protein, or any other combination that has you focusing on one macronutrient vs. another. Your body needs all macronutrients to thrive and obtain a variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. Trying to cut an entire food group out just works against what your body needs.

    well you may not be able to get a 6 pack by september but you can certainly get some definition by then. but no way in a week or two. impossible! theres a program that i used that totally worked though. i saw some definite results in a month and then i just kept up with it and it relaly worked. heres the link to it if you want.

    Hey!
    i asked the same question once and got all stupid answers that didnt help me annoying huh? well anyway, if you have IO undef Free on Demand they have a sports section you click that then click Sportskool and then find Ulitmate abs. This exercise helps sooooo much and you really feel the burn it hurts so bad the next day but do it once a day at least or even twice! if you dont have IO then go to sportskool.com and find the heading menu that says sports CLICK on that do not roll over it and then scrool down and find training click on that once you get to that page find Ulitimate Abs. i will include a link but if that doesnt work follow my steps above
    good luck! you feel your abs getting hard in like 2 days! it will BURN but do it!
