I’m a runner and I’m about 125 pounds. I’m trying to eat healthier by not drinking soda and eating little or no fat foods. For the past month I have been doing planks, side planks, crunches (not sure im doing those right), leg lifts, 0-90s, sit ups, and bicycles. I’ve been seeing some improvement but I had about the same type of abs before i started doing these exercises. I also work my arms and chest every other day and after each workout I drink a protein shake.
Should I do the ab ripper p90x exercises?
Should i do abs every other day?
How long will it take to get the six pack i want!!

I am thinking about buying this eBook to get rid of some unwanted belly fat. But before I buy it I would like to know if it gives instructions on how to work out at home or if I have to go to the gym to do the recommended workout. I actually don’t like gym’s and would wanna do it at home.

i do an work out with
-push up x10
-sit up x10
-squads x10
-Dumbells thingy x20
-repeat everything x5
i do this every morning when i wake up,
and every night before i go to sleep…
is this right way of getting six pack abs??
im 17, weight = +-65
help please…

I am 15 yrs. old and I just need to get into shape. I would like to have a six pack. I don’t really have time to do anything in the morning. I am 130-140 pounds and am around 5-6 feet tall. A nice routine would be good. Thanks =D

I’m not like one of those super workout people. i dont do it alot i just wanna get a good body. i have a 4 pack as it is but how do i get pecs? Do they just come from Lifting weights ? can i get them from doing situps? Or do i need a special kind of workout, if so can someone please tell me what to do and how to do it.

I have access to Balley’s total fitness so I can go work out their everyday.
I’m 16 years old,
6′1 -6′-3 tall
140 – 150 lbs
I’m skinny/average weight but I do have belly fat. Not too much or as much as a fat person but a good amount.
So if I go to the gym and work hard at it, how long will it take me?
