    most of the stomach fat, but only because I didn’t stick with it. it is a good ab fat burner.

    4 to 5 days a week is all, but you can do however many you want. start out less days and then build up

    i lost 20 pounds from doing this for 2 weeks…along with a diet :P iT REALY WORKS YOU NEED TO DO IT TWCE A DAY THOUGH ONCE IN THE MORING AND then at nght b4 bed.
