Aerobic – 8 minute Abs(workout fitness)
I do bellydance too!! lol well maybe I dont want to go to extremes..but having a flat belly is a plus
I wish I could just watch and get results lol

most of the stomach fat, but only because I didn’t stick with it. it is a good ab fat burner.

4 to 5 days a week is all, but you can do however many you want. start out less days and then build up

The doorway pull up bar with ab straps works great. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches.
does n e 1 listen to music when working out to this?

i lost 20 pounds from doing this for 2 weeks…along with a diet iT REALY WORKS YOU NEED TO DO IT TWCE A DAY THOUGH ONCE IN THE MORING AND then at nght b4 bed.
